Hello! I’m Cliò E. Agrapidis — a physicist turned EU project consultant, writer, and science communicator.
I work at RTDS Group, where I help European research projects take shape and find their voice: from proposal writing to communication and dissemination strategies. My background in theoretical condensed matter physics still guides the way I think — I’ve always been drawn to the patterns that emerge from complexity, whether in quantum matter or in human collaboration.
This blog, The Spin of Things, is where I bring those worlds together. I write about physics and its stories — from the invisible structures of magnetism and superconductivity to the women who changed the face of quantum science. My goal is simple: to make the abstract tangible, to show that even the strangest corners of quantum physics can be understood (and even enjoyed) when told with care.
You can also find me on LinkedIn and BlueSky, where I share shorter reflections on science and research culture, and on Medium, where I write in Italian about science and society.

If you like what you read and want to collaborate, get in touch — I’m always open to new projects and conversations that bring science a little closer to people.
